Would that work though with warbird being able to absorb energy? I understand shes tapping into her own field but would it affect her im not so sure. If warbird cant absorb it then yes storm could win like that.
As for the hurricane winds, war bird flies in excess 1200 mph (i think faster) she will be going too fast for the winds to just stop her in her tracks and send her flying, it might slow her but thats all shes still gonna get to storm and knock her out. Also how exactly does the fight start out i imagine they both start out on the ground across from each other. IF storm somehow manages to pin warbird what she gonna do next? Shes probably going to try and throw something at her to pierce her or knock her out like she did with emma. Well carol could just blast the object being thrown at her this is hypothetical because i doubt storm is gonna pin her.

The wind follows storms mental command. It is a simple matter for storm to envelop WB in a hurricane force vortex to toss her around like a rag doll. Youre going by the assumption that storm is just going to send a wall of air WB's way in a single direction. If that was the case then yes warbird could probably fly through it however she would be slowed down considerably. However Storm knows of WB'S abilities. She wouldnt do that alone.

Storm would be tapping into and manipulating WB's biofield which all beings have. Storm would not be feeding energy into WB for her to absorb. Just tampering with WB's bio field which courses through and around her in order to shut down her heart if need be.
