the murderer is cyclops.
after jean rejected him, he wanted to prove that he could deliver the goods. so he stole beast's sleeping pills and wolverine's sample. to use her attic loft, cyclops invited storm to the kitchen for tea right after he grinded 7 sleeping pills and put them in her cup of tea. as cyclops tried to rape psylocke there was a great struggle and one of his optic beams hit across the floor causing the burnt marks, but he eventually succeeded and poured wolverine's sample on the floor and on her body to frame him. there was such a struggle that cyclops smothered her with one of storms pillows and he accidently knocked over her plants. psylocke was dead in 5 min.
