yeah actually i did read the fan site...... and it still didn't back up any of your claims the only thing that made that site worthwhile was the sound quotes and the savage wolverine picture

It is assumed that each contestant will fight to his/her best ability, but still within the character's personality, unless specified otherwise. That means they will use any powers at their disposal. For example, even though The Flash doesn't clock each of his own opponents in the first picosecond in his own comic, it is assumed that is a viable tactic on this board since it is a proven fact that he possesses that level of speed.
It is also assumed that the characters fight at their optimum levels of ability - not explicitly weakened or unusually powered up for those who have variable power levels.

As to all the Batman villains, if he was put in the same situations as Batman usually is, Wolverine dies pretty quickly. Cuz most of them involve gadgets and brains to get out of, both of which Wolvie's a bit lacking in. Not really fair to just put them in a straight up fight, that's not what those guys DO.
Oh, and definitely don't put Wolverine against people who both have substantial range abilities and can fly at the same time... Logan doesn't have superhuman dodges, he gets hit plenty. Anyone who can kill him in one blast probably will. Everything on Wolverine besides the bones are pretty typical for an athletic human.
