His name and the list of sheer lunacy are two for a start. I remember another thread where he tried in vain to argue that Namor would lose to Wolverine... yeh that'll happen 🙄
The only reason writers let Wolvie win all the time, and why he somehow manages to be in all the teams simultaneously and his own solo title is cos he's a big fat cash cow. I don't particularly like/dislike Wolverine but he's just too overrated and overexposed.
