ok I'm gonna argue for what I know about. Predator. I'm not well versed in most others on that list though there's no way wolvies beating hulk.
But to the point just because a predator stalks doesnt mean it won't work against wolverine. Predators live for centuries. All they do is kill stuff. Their entire life revolves around the hunt. And the clan leaders and high ups are damn tough. As in they can take 5-10 aliens sometimes more at the same time. A good clan of maybe a dozen can bust their way into a hive filled with thousands capture a queen and walk out. It's no cake-walk but its been done. So any talented pred can certainly mess wolverine up.
Next wolverines sense of smell etc mean nothing. You think a creature that spends all its time hunting things across the galaxy have never come upon something with a much superior sense of smell. It's a hunter. Wolverine will never smell it coming.
Now for arguements purposes we're going to say that said predator is up there. One of the best because it would be a dumb fight to throw in one of the cocky young headstrong preds that don't live past their first couple hunts. Hell we'll say its Dachande in question. This dude killed an alien with his bare hands. When fighting aliens to show off for his students he only used spear and wristblades.
Now then there's equipment. There's quite a range. Plasmacastor, burners, disc, spear, net gun wristblades, plasma pistol. Who knows what else. Point is there's many things the pred could do. Remember its stronger and faster than wolverine. It could use the castor and take out vital organs because the plasma has some nasty splashing effects. Same for the pistol. We don't know if the pred could cut him up or not. We don't know how tough the metals are. I know a disc can cut through several inches of steel without dulling the blade but who knows.
Point is that pred takes it at least 7/10
