This'll end up just like it did with Terrax (wanting to rule on his own) or Tyrant (becoming jealous of power). I know Tyrant wasn't a herald. But if Apocalypse was given that much power, he'd likely want more.
Black Bolt would probly be pretty sweet. More control over his voice and such, plus augmented electron powers.
Captain America would probly be pretty sweet as well... Standard blasting power and superspeed, plus his cosmic shield. Nightcrawler might get some cool teleportation stuff, even better if his body gets remade like Surfer's did.
Deadpool would be a funny herald. Cosmic assassin. Backsassing Big G. Hell yes.
Oh, and Batman, of course. The batkick, brought from world destroying power to universe destroying power. He'd have to get some kind of matter manipulation for building cosmic batarangs too. Damn, the possibilities are endless...
I think Longshot would be pretty cool:
Known Superhuman Powers: Longshot was genetically engineered to have certain superhuman abilities. One of these is his ability to affect probability fields through psionic means in order to give himself "good luck" in his activities. This power operates even when Longshot does not consciously will it to do so. However, by creating "good luck" for himself, Longshot creates an equal and opposite effect elsewhere, thus creating "bad luck." This "bad luck" could affect someone else, or could conceivably even affect Longshot himself at some point.
Weapons: Longshot carries a number of cleaver-like blades, which he can hurl with great accuracy.
If Galactus knew this, he would lower the "bad reaction" aspect of Longshot's power, while raising his good luck. THe result: Longshot, sometimes through skill, sometimes through luck, might be able to find planets faster for Galactus.
The cleavers would become cosmic weapons that Longshot could create at will.
Of course Big G would beef up Longshot so he wouldnt look like a wimp anymore. Longshot could make a pretty formidable herald!

i would like to see storm as a herald- she would never be one even if galactus asked though. but like her being a pure being of lightning and having complete control over the weather and all of earths elements with the ability to turn into all of earths elements, but her power would be that x like 1,000. yeah i think she'd be pretty cool
