I've had enough of sitting on the side lines. Time to get a few things straight. First off, a black hole in Superman's universe is nothing like a black hole in our universe. So you can't really use that as proof of Superman defeating Goku.
Second, goku is faster than Superman.
Proof? By bulma, it was estimated that it would take 4000 years for them to fly to namek in a normal earth ship. It in a normal earth ship, it would take nearly 20 years to fly to Jupiter. Superman flew to it in four minutes. We see Goku use instant transmission to get to namek during the cell saga instantly.
So if he uses IT, Supes is a gonner. Pure and simple. In terms of planet destroying power, Goku tied Vegeta's planet destroying energy blast with a power level of around 30,000. In the frieza saga, his SS powerlevel was 15,000,000. And this fighting power is canonical. So he could more than easily destroy 300 planets at once, without tiring. Each Super saiyan level is 50 times stronger than the last. At SSJ3, Goku could more than easily wipe out the entire universe. Brolly was able to wipe out the south galaxy within an instant, and we know SSJ3 is superior.
In the frieza fight, frieza's finger blast that were capable of destroying a planet were shown to hit Goku in the chin, who was not even phased. During the fight with Majin Buu, SSJ3's fighting power can be felt in the other dimensions. Speaking of dimensions, Goku is capable of slicing through them. A feat Superman does not have. Even if Supes did go intangible, Goku's dimension cutting blast would still cut through him.
Even during Goku's battle with frieza, Superman wouldn't stand a chance. Goku wins this easily.
One more point to address. If you're going to rely on the weak argument about Goku struggling to lift a building, then let me remind you of all the times Superman has had trouble stopping a falling airplane, in the comics.
Now if we refer to both characters at their max(Goku-post dragonball absorption vs Superman prime), supes still loses. Goku could just wish him to be dead.
Nope. Supes is too versatile.
At his max, Superman is the shit.
In Superman Annual #10, he gets his badass sword.
