That fight was about ten years ago, Supes and Doomsday is way more powerful now. Supes is way more powerful than any DBZ/GT character. They destroy planets but so does Supes foes, plus they are physically more powerful than them. 🙂

sorry but if Freeza wanted to he could destroy hundreds of planets in like an hour. and SSJ2 Goku is tons more powerful then him he could take Supes easily.

WTF? You're only going by the game, moron. in the original comics, supes can do anything (except go near kryptonite). And considering goku knows nothing of kryptonite, there aint anything he can do. Oh, and supes can out run the flash. In one of the comics they had a foot race around the world and supes won, hands down. Sure Goku can destroy planets. But you see how long it takes him to do it? it takes like 5 episodes for him to power up, 5 eps for him to materialise the energy ball and another 5 to scream the freakin house down. Plus, supes can reverse time by flying at hyperspeeds counter clockwise around the world. So he could kill goku and go back for a second chance. I think I've made my point

round 2: goku defeats superman by using kryptonite
supie flies to the sun and gains more power
round 3: goku gets beaten by superman
goku trains to become 1000 times stronger than before
round 4: goku wins this time
round 5: superman destroys the earth - goku loses because he cannot breath without air
he teleports away and trains harder
round 6: goku beats superman
superman circles the earth in the opposite direction to turn back time, just to charge up more solar energy
round 7: superman kills goku
goku gets revived by the dragonballs and trains even harder.

the problem with the DBZ guys is that their max powers are only estimated.
yes true, DB-picollo destroyed the moon without any effort.
and SS3 Goku is probably 100 Million times stronger than DB-Picollo, but we actually never saw him or his enemies accidently destroy a planet.

Kingdom Come: isn't Shazam stronger than the final form(max powered, kryponite immune) of Superman? he was killed by a nuclear warhead which couldn't even destroy the earth.
i think goku would survive a nuclear warhead.
i think the strengths an weaknesses of comic heroes vary from book to book writer to writer, while DB-powers vary from storyline to storyline.
it's hard to estimate their powers with inconsistent storytelling.

Problem with DBZ-Characters strengths arent measured by weight lifting and the story was supposed to end against Frieza.Everything after the Frieza Saga lives with the accepted plothole of "Why are these guys so much stronger and not destroying the planet?" because they never intended things to go that long and the tread was "More power than before".This is why Cell was going to destroy the Solar System and Majin buu had previously destroyed most of the universe before Bibidi sealed him up
Problem with Superman comics-Is that he has been around with countless writers for 60-70 years and has been written with varying degrees of power.In the old days he basically had unlimited strength and speed along with durability that shurged off anything that wasent magic or kryptonite.Modern Superman is much more "Normalized" isnt taking planet destroying attacks 95% of his stories

Part of the reason why the DBZ characters can destroy planets is the physics they have set up.
In the dbz world the planets seem to have life essences, punch a hole or throw some energy into the planet and like a living being it will die and destroy itself.
This is kind of lacking in the DC universe, you'd have to more than just shoot some energy into the core of the planet. . .
Superman lived in the heart of a sun for 1,000 or so years, because he's powered by the light of a yellow star, like the sun.
