Flash punched Grodd from Keystone to Wyoming. Hes also punched a White Martian speedster Zum out of orbit. 7 miles per second is how fast Zum was flying when hit.
With their speed, all speedsters have super strenth. All they have to do is build up momentum. A punch from Flash can be well stronger than one from Superman. If a punch from Superman can move Hulk, Flash surely can.

Ok again I ask how is Flash going to even initially lift approx 1 ton - momentum wouldn't start building up until the Flash is "swinging" the Hulk around.
I can accept the IMP - sounds pretty feasible, but then again there few who could handle a punch like the Hulk?
Are you saying that the Flash through his speed can actually phase through physical barriers? Because I still dont get how he gets inside the Hulk and make him "explode".

Who said anything about Flash actually picking up the Hulk? IMP will lift Hulk off his feet with no problems. The punch alone would get him in the air. Flash gets the momentum by running. Thats what he does.
Yes that exactly what im saying. If Flash sees that Hulk is about to land a crushing blow Flash vibrates his molecules and Hulks punch hits nothing but air.
Get inside Hulk - Flash throws a vibrating punch. That goes inside of Hulks body. Flash once had soo much speed velocity running through him that if he would have kissed his wife, she would have exploded. He can do it to anything.
Instead of trying to take speed from Hulk, why not add speed. He can dash away trying to goad Hulk into leaping towards him and !viola! : Hulk in Space.
Question though: Is it that Hulk doesn't need to breath or that he can breath underwater? I thought it was the latter.

The outcome of this battle depends entirely on how you choose to imagine each character. For example, Hulk may use a sonic clap which sends out a wave of intangible energy. As this affects other energy even at a quantum level it would definitely have a devastating effect on Flash. Neither would Flash even be able to perceive this and avoid it.

Umm, the Flash? The "fastest man alive?"
All incarnations of the Flash can run and move their limbs at superhuman speeds, and possess superhuman reflexes. All possess an aura that prevents air friction from affecting their bodies and clothes while moving. So... I think he'll be able to avoid pretty much anything he pleases. And I think he'll notice Hulk clapping his hands... 😉
But this is all irrevelant. Because l-o-o-o-o-o-o-ng before Hulk can even start clapping, he'll be dead.
Wally has, on several occasions, sped faster than light and been pulled into and exited the Speed Force by his own volition. He can either impart his high velocities to other people and objects already in motion or steal the velocity they possess. West can vibrate through objects; in the past, West would cause whatever he vibrated through to explode, but has recently shown this to be a controlled ability as he can pass through objects without any ensuing explosion.
