But from what I read, it seems there are very few (I say very few because I see that there are some who do understand) who actually understand Flash at all. He's not just "really fast". Just stop and think for a moment as to what super speed does to other areas of his powers. He has SUPER strength if he was to hit/punch something going at or beyond light speed. Remember: He has easily outrun Superman's heat vision.
And whoever brought up that Flash can only clumsily travel through time, you are wrong. There was a point many years ago where he did have trouble pinpointing where he wanted to go. But nowadays and can travel with amazing accuracy. So yes, if he wanted, he could go back in time and quickly kill off Bruce before he's anywhere near becoming the Hulk.
Let's say HYPOTHETICALLY that Hulk grabs him. Then Flash just vibrates and he goes right through Hulk's hands. Hulk would never be able to touch him if he didn't want him to.
And I remember someone saying that Hulk can create Hurricane-like winds. Do I even need to say that Flash can probably produce even stronger winds by running in a tight circle? I guess so.
Flash can also steal all the speed away from Hulk, making him literally as still as a statue. Hulk, unable to move, would be quite vulnerable. By getting a good running start, Flash could either:
1. Infinity mass punch him into the next galaxy.
2. Grab him, start spinning, get a good 1000000000 RPM going, and let Hulk fly into the far end of the universe.
Or Flash could just vibrate inside of him, causing Hulk to explode. Not the nicest and cleanest method, but a method nonetheless.

An IMP is when the speedstr gains momentun and hit his opponent with enough force to knock them xxx amount of times hard and far.
Zoom gave Wonder Woman one that sent her from America to Paris to the Great Wall of China all to way to the Amazon jungle. Wonder Woman also said that it hurt more than a Superman punch.
Flash punched Grodd from Keystone to Wyoming. Hes also punched a White Martian speedster Zum out of orbit. 7 miles per second is how fast Zum was flying when hit.

With their speed, all speedsters have super strenth. All they have to do is build up momentum. A punch from Flash can be well stronger than one from Superman. If a punch from Superman can move Hulk, Flash surely can.
