Evangel94's Amalgam Tournament [Phase 2] {ROUND 3} [SPECIAL EDITION] (Vote now!)

High-level telpathy or magic Nat?? Hmmm...check and check. KVD can probably say the same, though you'll probably be one of the last to fall in this fight because you'll be more durable than some others. But I'm also probably the only other amalgam capable of going toe-to-toe with you in a brawl...you might win a fist fight (though it would be close) but I have loads more than that to give me a decided edge.

alright, everyone, zatanna can literally do anything through magic. even w/out prep she is one of the strongest characters here. with 24 hours of prep, she is easily more powerful than others. digi, none of those things have happened because it is a comic, and it needs a good-story line. with her there all the time, and actually using her power, every comic would be like 3 pages ending with the problem resolved. doom, fine put me in the bands, you need concentration to keep them strong, and in this, you won't have this at all. and your going to try and turn mist inside out? very doubtful. and dizzle, i am not overrating her, she can literally do anything by thinking about it, and i am using zatannas powers to teleport storms powers inside the person. also nataku you just said that to affect you, the person will need a high level of telepathy, or magic. i have both in very, very large amounts. when you are fighting me, you are basically fighting the lords of magic and the lords of order because zatanna has aready invoked their powers to her before.

Are you sure he didn't have the Waters Of Life when he defeated all those heralds? Surfer alone can take him without it.

Morg's first fights Surfer in SS#71 and soundly beats Surfer into unconsciousness.
Morg gets the Well of Life upgrade in SS#72 AFTER he beats Surfer.
Morg was being held down by Airwalker, after being downgraded by Galactus, and they still needed the combined blasts of Firelord, Terrax and Silver Surfer to subdue him. Finally it took Morg's axe to "kill" Morg, and even then there was still a spark of life in Morg - as shown by the small spark in his eye.
Then Morg goes after Terrax to retrieve his axe and almost kills Terrax before Tyrant showed up.
So, is there still any doubt that Morg can withstand the attacks of Galactus' former heralds?

Dr Strange cast the bands on Dr Doom, forgets about him and focusses on the Vishanti crystal trying to figure out what to do. Doom stays put and doesn't break out. Don't you think Doom would have broken free if the bands had weakened due to Dr Strange forgetting about him?

Er, Doom is like Class 10. You do know that saying I'm at least Class Million+ is a safe estimate, right? Stop concentrating and I guarantee I'm through the bands like a fat kid through a buffet line. And that doesn't change the fact that they've been broken once Strange stops concentrating in other comics...Namor and Hulk are the two I cited, and are the only ones I know of...but it's happened, and if you try it here it will happen again.

1. The Darkhold contains all the dark magic learned by the elder god Chthon, which would be a hell of a lot seeing as he was alive even before the pantheons existed. Unless you're saying Chthon doesn't know a spell like the crimson bands, I'm sticking to the conclusion that Mordred will be able to cast it because that spell would be in the book. Dr Doom wasn't really an accomplished sorcerer so he cast it wrong (probably copied Strange during that battle but could't mimic the incantation exactly), and Dr Strange said that Doom's magic was tied to the "minor magic of the earth". 2. If someone like Dr Doom, who isn't an expert sorcerer like Mordred, knows the basic spell to cast the bands (wrongly, but cast it correctly enough to be reversed), wouldn't it be safe to assume that someone who's exclusively trained in the magical arts would know the spell?

Weaker but a hell of a lot smarter, he would've figured out a way to free himself if the bands had weakened but they maintained their integrity even with Strange concentrating on the Vishanti.

More than a few of the other amalgams have ranged attacks, so if you put us in bands, we're all going to focus on you. 5-6 telepaths, planet-destroying energy, intense magical bolts...you won't have your concentration, let alone your shields and your life, for long. And in the meantime, I can phase and/or work my own magic to weaken the bands, etc. Getting out won't be hard.

Alright Digi, I'm forgetting about the others and concentrating on you = full concentration on you means you're not getting out of bands, and dying a fraction of a nanosecond later. If that's how you want it.... 😂

What heart ? What brain? Surfer doesn't have organs.

I was using that as an example with metallo, because without his powers, Damage is just a normal guy. As soon as his powers kicked in he could go toe to toe with metallo, on his FIRST DAY with his powers. Hell, they weren't even fully functional at the time, they kept fluxing from weak to gone. So, put the amount of power multiplification on Surfer, as well as the multiplication from Hulk...

Your telepathy would definitly be annoying though. Oh wait... annoying things get people angry... anger makes me stronger from 2/3 of my powers... jeez... now you're just making the smashing job even harder.

yeah, it probably would be a lot funner to watch if you didn't have to worry about debating all the time, seriously imo it's a bit stressfull

Well, since Sentry all but bowed out, I'm switching my vote to my fellow Authority fanboy, Digi. It'd be nifty to fight him again, though that's probably not gonna happen since long pig has the bloody Shield of DOOM at his beck and call.
