thor, silver surfer and superman
either of those three would severely molest him like a child at michael Jacksons ranch. Surfer has down it the most though as hulk has never been able to beat surfer. The only time he has even remotely come close is recently and thats because surfer didn't have his powers.

No if I can find it there is a picture of silver surfer useing the powercosmic to hold hulk, but it doesnt work, the hulk whoops surfer after that, oh and superman and thor have already been beatn by the hulk.

And if your talking about the recent issue of planet hulk, re-read it. And whats your definition of whoop, because punching your opponent once and having him get back up without a scratch doesn't count.

Hulk is fearful of a nuclear war because of a terrorist group called the Alliance that no nation or people will take credit for. Since nobody claims responsibility every nation suspects the other. To avoid the war Hulk decides that he must act as the world's scapegoat again. He transforms into the Maestro and sets out to a specific location up north. Thor had been having some trouble with his power, but he miraculously regained them for the fight. During the course of the fight it seems as though Hulk is totally enraged and that Thor has succumbed to the Warrior's Madness (that boosts his strength tenfold). The fight continues until Hulk sees what he was waiting for. The army is dropping a nuke on him. Hulk is lucid again. Whether you believe that Hulk was just acting enraged or that the site of the bomb brought him back to reason you have to admit that Thor was in the full throes of Warrior Madness. Hulk saves Thor's life by punching him away from ground zero and still manages to get to his prepared hiding place. With every thing thor has, the hulk out classes him tenfold in strength, 100 times stronger than thor gives the hulk an advantage, the hulk has beatn thor many times, and when I said the hulk beat silver surfer I was not talking about planet hulk.
