Really think about it. Thor has stopped time, used massive energy blasts, transfered souls, absorbed and redirected enough energy to make a star the lists of Thors powers are to long to mention. If he used even a 10th of the power he has at his disposal he wont even have to touch hulk to beat him.

Because its pretty much common knowledge that Thor, Superman, and the Silver Surfer hold back their power in the majority of their fights. Thor has rarely reached warrior madness at its full potential and that fight you showed with the Maestro was around it but it was not is full potential. He was in that pick of the reigning in which Thor kills the hulk, thing, Wolverine, and Captain America with one hand.
