Could a Captain America remake be cool?

HOw could you do a Cap America remake without it being to cheesy?

Can you keep the shield but ditch the tights?

And who would play Cap?

Yeah, i think it could be done...

I think they should keep the shield out of the story until close to the climax.

Then he finds the shield and is able to defeat the villain.
Kind of like Bat Begins. We didnt really see Batman for a while.

Nah, shield has to be from the beginning. Captain America without shield is not much...

yeah cap without the shield is like...............a fish without a bicycle

bring the shield in the middle of the movie. He has to fight his way through some tough battles, then when he gets it, he can battle the big villain.

And the shield will look different than the comics, so the movie crowd would be surprised.

But I would hate to see the old Red Skull--he looks kinda like Hellboy.
