STORM

I know it's an x-men women tread but i am a big fan and supporter of my favorite villain *%*SELENE*%*

Wanda easily if you include her Chaos Wave. If not, then Jean.

Back on the Animated shows (not in the comics) storm once settled the weather of an entire alien planet...but she was flustered while doing it...idk if she's an omega but she reaches it's level of power imo...

I'd have to go with Rogue and Phoenix

Phoenix, Storm, Rogue to name a few

storm can control all kinds of weather. space weather alien weather. even other dimensional weather. it was also hinted upon that she was a potential omega. and considering the fact that rouge's slate was wiped clean, i really don't see how she's that powerful anymore. IMO, she has to start all over.

Even if you include the Chaos Wave it would be Jean.

The Chaos Wave was something Wanda triggerred accidentally. It wasn't something Wanda directly generated, maintained and controlled. Therefore all resultant destruction are not a feat of Wandas. If i set off an avalanche, is the destruction of said avalanche a reflection of my personal power? 😕

Given thats its occurred on more than one occassion, i wouldn't say so.

Storm has manipulated energy patterns within space in about 5 separate issues in 2 different titles.

In Uncanny X-men she has generated solar winds and attacked with solar energy matrices in one issue, and a year or two later she tapped into the energy of stars to destroy her body and the Brood growing within her.

In Black Panther she has in two separate issues manipulated energy patterns for combat purposes.

Its canon without a doubt.

Thanx GS. i didn't feel like saying or finding all of that.

claremont's science was shockingly bad when writing it, he likened solar winds to being like actual wind.

was it hudlin's black panther?

Comic science on the most part is unrealistic. Thats what makes alot of these stories fun. Regardless of how stupid it sounds, she's pulled off such feats more than once and in different titles.

And yes the second title was Hudlins BP 🙂

Actually, there's far more evidence that suggests the Chaos Wave was her own creation than not.

the most power ful x-woman is scarlet witch. done.
