Well, no, that's not always true. If someone's opinion is based on flawed reasoning, or facts that are known to be wrong, then their opinion is indeed wrong.

I'm talking about opinion of how something went down.
For that matter, what is fact, its a general agreement over a particular isssue. There is no true fact, or truth, in that sense.
The contradiction of fact is a paradox, like light waves.
We do however, need a means to communicate, and with that being said.
