No probs mate

Funny (not humourous) thing is...the only problems we ever had were with the I.R.A (US funded, by the way) before 9/11.

Then Bush decides to say "Wow, we ARE vulnerable. That means everyone else must be, if we are."

We were fine till Bush came along. That's an actual fact. That's why loads of Americans are feeling guilt as well as sadness. Because if it weren't for their president, we wouldn't be in this mess.

I don't hold human life in high regard at all, not en masse. Neither do other humans, but I acknowledge this as a bad occurance because it is. Not singularly because people died, but as a whole. People die all the time, but the thing that makes this sad is that it's pointless and needless.

I don't think "Oh this is sad because people died." I look at the situation, the people involved, the people who cause it and think "This is what's sad. All of it."

Republicans can piss and moan all they want about Anti-Bush people but if this doesn't prove that he has caused shit, what does?

Well I tried to stay on topic.....But I couldn't help quoting the "Bomb Iran song."

🙁

So...what do we do next?

Nothing.

There's nothing we can do.

It's in the hands of those we elect. In your case, George Bush.

Sleep well.

Well, it's only a matter of time before we're hit again...... 🙁

It has become a world target now you know.....They're bullies....

i dont want to start getting petty but its well documented that the 9/11 attacks were being planned as early as 1994

not to mention attacks such as the bombing of the USS Cole in 2000 before Bush was even in office the first time

the UK allies itself with the US...i dont consider this a bad thing...whats the alternative?...for the worlds leaders to bury their heads in the sand and ignore islamic extremism...to allow the US...which was the country that came to the rescue of all European nations within living memory for many of our citizens today

i personally think that we have to tackle the issue rather than to simply shrug all responsibility onto the US

take the fact that much islamic extremism is borne out of islamic areas of africa which has quite frankly been disgustingly exploited by the European nations to a much larger extent than the US...in fact many of the hijackers on sept 11th were Algerian

i'm not saying our support of the US isn't a motivation for these people to attack us...but i just think we are not as innocent as a nation as we would like to think

hope everyone you know is ok AC...

reports coming through that the police are about to carry out a controlled explosion in princes street in Edinburgh

Total confired death toll is 37 with 700 injured. I think this shows that the war on terror is not working at all. However i think the war should go on but we are not winning for sure.

War on terror is a joke, you can not defeat Terrorist... Its impossible

This shows that we in Canada can be attacked as well. We were named by a target by osama bin laden and what ever he says usually happens which is not a good thing. If this is a suicide bombing then we know that the terrorists are strong and even stronger then before 9/11.

so whats the option...to sit back and take it....to try and pacify them and give into their extremist demands?

yes we should keep fighting but i get mad at people who think we are winning because this shows the terrorists are as strong as before 9/11 especially if this a suicide attack. This hit a regular place not some famous building. Thats what is so major about this.

Try to work with them would be an option, it won't work either... Really to stop terrorism is impossible. To stop certain organisations is possible and if they want to try, fine have fun. It just won't work however.

If every country laid down their weapons....the terrorists wouldn't...

Just like making fire arms illegal and all the people turned them in...who wouldn't....the thugs.

Guys the solution is to study the global conspiracy and then spread the truth.

We will bring them down that way.

hey guys, I'm so unbelievabl;y shocked! my mum was just so releived that I broke up from uni 2 weeks ago - if I'd left today, that would have been my route home!
