If you are talking about RYU that can blow up mountains then yes only DS has a chance. He could possibly win without prep because he does posses a vast arsenal that could take down Ryu but without prep i would give it to ryu about 8/10 times DS is just so dangerous. With prep time I would give it DS 8'10 times.

Ryu's projectiles are superior though, but otherwise, you catch the drift just fine, unlike people who are still bitter.

Keep in mind that bison and shadowlaw, employ many weapons.
Ryu at his max level isn't phased by bullets really, so without prep, DS definitley wouldn't be the person to bet on.
I'm wrong, I think the people dont understand what a C-hater is.
A hater can be a person that loves you, but is just hatin' for a certain reason.(better looking, more skilled, more money, etc.)
This isn't HATE as in enmity, but just jealousy that is expressed in such abstract ways, that they demand constant attention from the Cmaster.
It is childish, but I guess when you're the C-master, people love ya so much that they show it in strange ways, its denial, they have a right to be, cause I got it like that.
Look at Creshosk. Poor mite logs on right when I come on in the morning. He follows me around, it isn't anger its a direct call of attention. Since it is taking away from the debate, I decided to put him on my ignore list, so that I only see his name.
HE is DEVASTATED by it, and misses that I don't talk to him, its understandable, charisma is a good thing.
