yes Stalin did have a presence in poland

and a big one 🙁

Stalin wasn't all bad.. he helped the USSR's economy a lot and was a force to be reckoned with after the 2nd of his 5 year plans. and was a big help to us throughout WWII... The purges, propaganda and censorship were not as good though

all dictators have good and bad points
