Slander: malicious saying meant to harm anothers reputation.
No proof makes that slander, its not him, its the rights and responsibilities we have to ourselves and those on the forum.

So in all that is concrete, the conclusion is that though you do not like a person, that person has rights, if you wanted to comment about it, quote what he's been saying in the spidermn and wolverine thread a few pages back. YOU chose not too, I'm not sayign chicken, but feel free to express what he explicitly SAID, to him, on the thread that he said it.

Just within his rights, don't bring it up on another forum that has nothing to do with him, banning will solve nothing.
