So to answer your question, No, we won't give up the ship because we like it, not because we're sure it's going to happen. I'm not going to suddenly become a harry/ginny shipper now that it happened in the books, because i don't like them together, and i don't change my opinion based on the popularity of the issue.
Now, I'm sick and tired of answering this same question time and time again, so consider this the last answer you are going to get on the matter. I don't care if you agree or not, but it's neither of your business coming in here and bashing us for our beliefs.
Righto, well the Harry/Draco ships were never actually serious ships, the only real militant, and frankly rather worrying ship, was the H/Hr bunch. I was just wondering whether or not you were supporting it in the real novels or the fanfics and stuff like that. Now I know it's just the fanfics, I have my answer and will leave you alone to imagine in peace.
✅ TheSun made that point maturely and objectively... I personally think H/Hr isn't perfect, but that's just my opinion and (usually) I wouldn't throw it in someone's face. This time it's just used as an example. I suggest all H/Hr haters allow the shippers their opinions, that's what appreciation and anti threads are all about.

Well, this isn't the only HP forums. Prticuaraly the ones disipointed enough to start a petition to ban book 7 (follow Pielovers link on page 10 of this thread.) and those who think H/Hr will still happen in cannon land and JKR was lying in her interview. and the H/Hrers on the wall of shame at mugglenet. Overall, H/Hr shippers get a bad rap because there proof usually doen't come to much and there are some pretty millitant/delusional/scary/obscene/wierd shippers for their ship on other sites.

I think the misunderstanding came in becuase you called them "H/HR Shippers" and well, this is a thread for H/HR Shippers, so some thought you were talking about them. To cut down on the confusion, just don't talk about the people who suport that ship, then there will be no confusion. 😉
