1. Extremely smart. They're like Hermione smart. Or maybe even Dumbledore smart. Ginny's smart but Hermione is smarter.
2. Really brave. Ginny's brave, but kinda reckless.
3. Really beautiful. Like Fleur beautiful.
4. They have really long names.
Ginny didn't change in HBP. She just didn't have a stupid fangirl crush on Harry so she could act normal. She was popular like that in OotP and possibly GoF, she just didn't act like that around Harry.
