Mace Windu is dead, because he is un heard of in 4, 5 and 6. Also I found some info on 7, 8 and 9. In that he isn't mentioned either. And same for Boba Fett, but I think it was Jango Fett who died in episode 2, and Boba Fett is the guy in video games, or you see him walking around in episode 4. Correct me if I am wrong.

Watto isn't mentioned in episode 4, 5 or 6 either but that doesn't mean he's dead. There is NO episode 7, 8 or 9. Jango Fett was beheaded in episode 2. Boba Fett is seen in episodes 4(SE), 5 and 6.

The rule of comics is if you don't see the body, they're probably not dead.
