I agree, that's some kickass scans.
But, Galactus himself states he is weak before the fight. Thus the fight cannot be used as proof that Phoenix would beat Galactus.
I think phoenix and Galactus are roughly equal. But in a fight I would give a well feed G a small majority.
well my reasoning for picking phoenix for the win is this
its pritty impressive when some one knocks big G over with his own herald. like david and goliath
and as far as i know every time big G has encounterd a phoenix host thay have got the best of him and his heralds.
one time can be called pis but not 2 times or more .
and i can think of 3 encounters of the top of my head.
Utrigita does that not seem like trash talk from a beaten wwe villian?
as he walks of the stage and says "i can beat you but its not worth it"?
he did leave the planet with out eating it no?

And that was her only attack towards Galactus what a fight, need I remind you that all the tech Galactus has is feats he is capable of accomplashing himself, but would require energy which he hates using unless it is strictly nescarry.
What three incidents are you thinking of I can only recall two, and one of them wasn't even a battle.
And Phoenix saying she could throw Galactus off the planet is valid??? As far as I know Galactus is omniscient to a certain degree and has cosmic awarness he also say that she right now equals him but should be fed the battle would change.
Thats why I Galactus would win against Phoenix because I believe the post referede to a well fed to fed Galactus.
