He would and IMO he would win against Phoenix.
Actually Galactus hardly never shows it but he can feeds on all kinds of energy.

Phoenix beats galactus, i dont mind when thread starters make stipulations to make a better match, so i guess its no harm done, except maybe to galactus's reputation

The Abraxas threat is no more because the UN vanquished him. So that means the threat of time and space collapsing is no more.

Abraxas was not nullified from ever existing,
Abraxas was banished back into Eternity, nothing more.
If Galactus 616 "dies" (returns to his natural state) again,
Abraxas will again manifest.
And yes, the Prime Multiverse will collapse at the hands of Abraxas,
followed by the entire Omniverse in a chain reaction.

to ignite universal big bangs (of sleeping Realities) in the Prime Multiverse.

confirmed in Roma's official handbook Bio.

I need something concrete stating that Abraxas is not completely nullified and was banished back into Eternity.
Also the fact that Galactus seperated Rachel from the PF is not sufficient evidence that Rachel is = to Jean. All of what u say may have happened but still dosen't counter the fact that Galactus was owned twice on panel. What we need is another rematch with Galan at sufficient enough power. At this point in time I don't think he is capable of defeating White Crown Phoenix. Hopefully she'll make more apperances in the future and boost up her feat count. It's obvious that u weren't impressed with the holding the universe thing.
