Sam raised his sword, ignoring the boss' begging. 'Please Sam, don't kill me... you can't do this... please...' He said, crawling away slowly. Sam felt sick, the thought of waisting his skill on such a coward was horrible. He hadn't killed anyone for so long, even the guards were still trying to get away. Sam took so much time battling his conscience he didn't notice the detonator the boss had pulled from his pocket. "If I go, you go with me!" He shouted pressing the big red button. A huge explosion engulfed the surrounding area.

The sun was setting. The rest of the group had already gone home and started waiting for Sam and James to come home. James was the first to return, however, he did not return with Sam. A slow yet heavy rain fell over the campus, blocking the sky ominously. The rain turned to snow and Sam still had not returned. Kel sat at a window and watched the streets. "I didn't even get a chance to thank him." He said to himself quietly. "I was just beginning to like him too."
