Ben couldn't believe what he was seeing. James had so much hatred in his heart for this woman. Ben understood that the woman was as evil as they come, but no on deserved the treatment James was giving her.
"Um, I don't know about this woman, James, but I'm pretty sure she doesn't need all this punishment, from a so-called hero at least. Let the police do their job, and you do your's."
Ben didn't know where any of this maturity was coming from, but he liked it.

Ben had to stop and think it. James was right. Heroes did have to make sacrifices. They have to give up their lives to protect everyone else's on earth everyday. From the way the heroes were treating this Dr. Wolf, she had to be the ultimate evil.
"James, are you sure you want to do this," Ben asked, tossing some rings around some Wolf members that were trying to attack James.

After the Wolf Gang teleported away, Ben raced to the car where he left Andy, hoping that no one knew he was there. when he opened the car door, Andy started screaming.
"Andy, it's ok. It's just me, Ben."
The boy practically jumped into Ben's arms.
"I thought you forgot about me," Andy said. And he started to cry. "I don't have anywhere to go now that my parents are dead. Who's going to take care of me?"
Ben didn't know this kid, but he knew what he had to do. Janet told him to bring the little guy back to the school when all this was over.
"Don't worry, I'll take care of you."
