(for appearance, think Iron Man's Stealth Armour)
identifying marks: as he does not always wear the helmet of his armour, James is identified by a scar under his left eye, as well as two silver hoop earrings in his left ear.
PERSONALITY: like his father, James is rather rebellious toward certain authority figures, but holds a respect for certain others (which i can only assume he got from his mother) he also has a bit of a smart-ass nature, and is quite fond of trying to keep on the lighter side of things whenever possible.

James Stark headed down the crowded street, having heard some of the other students would be at a movie of some sort. He wasn't exactly looking to make friends just yet, but wanted a feel for how they all were outside of the school, and so he'd tossed his helmet in his dormitory and headed out for the theater in question. "Bad scenario, someone realizes who I am and asks me what it's like to be the son of Tony Stark... worst case scenario, someone labels me 'the rich kid' before I even make it far into the throes of society... God, it's just like being back home..."

"There's not really that much to tell," he said. "It was only a few years ago that I discovered my powers and that wasn't a happy time." He paused for a few seconds. "They manifested when I was arguing with my step-mom. I think it was about the dishes or something. I know it was nothing important. But I said some things to her that I shouldn't have said and she started to cry.
"I was the kind of teenager that only cared about himself so I didn't even apologize. I then made a comment about her crying and she raised her hand to slap me." Another pause made Ben look to the floor. "I should've just let her hit me. Lord knows I deserved it. I flicked my hand up to keep her from hitting me and that's my powers activated. She disintegrated right there in front me.
"I couldn't do a thing. I don't even think I was breathing. My dad had came upstairs to see what the problem was and saw the pile of ash. He looked at me and started to cry. I thought he would have been mad at me but he said he knew it was an accident. He was the one who told what had happened.
"Turns out I come from a long line of powerful witches from his side. He said he never gained any powers because he renounced them when he first found out about them which was at the age I was back then. That was the reason why he and my real mom got a divorce. She couldn't handle that and gave me to him when I was born.
"His new wife, my step-mom, knew all about it but didn't care. She wasn't a bad person. And I really did like her. I was just so wrapped up in myself that I didn't care about anything that I didn't want to be a part of.
"I don't know how the police didn't find out about it, or why her job didn't ask questions about her not coming in but no questions were asked. My dad said that his brother, my uncle who I knew nothing about, had cast a spell that erased her life from existence. So it was like she never even existed. My dad then told me that I had to go away with this guy who I still hadn't met to train my powers or give them up.
"Well I didn't want to do either one so I told him to tell my uncle that I wouldn't be joining him. All my uncle said was that one day, I would come looking for my family heritage and that he would be waiting. I had no idea what that meant but my dad did and he started training with magic. He thinks I have no clue what he does, but I do.
"But anyways, that's where my powers come from. Since I never trained in magic, I don't know any spells or potions. But since I never renounced my powers I could eventually learn. But like I said. There's nothing to tell really."
