Order 66 is just some number Lucas came up with, probably a sort of reference to the number of the Beast (666, ya know?) because Palpatine personifies evil and the clones do his evil bidding of wiping out all that is good.

So who cares about the other Orders? 😛

order 16 - use the pillows instead of guns
