Yeah, but Catwoman never gets the respect she deserves unless she's on batman's team... noone takes a jewel thief seriously in this town any more!

Well that was very well done in Batman Returns I think...there she got the respect...altho she wasn't really at Batman's side she killed the most hated villain of the movie IMO (altho some hate penguin more cause it isn't the penguin from the comics)

She killed max shreck, the guy with a big neck who thought he controlled everything? the guy who pushed her out of the window?
If they make another movie with Catwoman I agree that they should focus only around catwoman and not around another villain...Batman Returns worked out fine, but I like to see more of Batman's relationship with Catwoman if she comes back in the movies.

Ha, noone would take it seriously if it was Batman against... a thief. But maybe it coul d be kind of a similar way to the TAS opner Cat and the Claw but with a better villain than Red Claw...

BATMAN RETURNS. the acting was excellent, catwoman was sexy as hell, devito played the Penguin as good as jack played joker, and michael keaton played batman even darker and cooler this time around then the first one even. and the batsuit kicked ass with the oval and the batmobile was just a mean machine, and gotham city looked........awsome. for me, its the best batman ever. i could relate to the characters more then any of the other batman movies. batman forever was campy and cartoony, but it was still fun and a bit darker. since im not a comic purist, i actually enjoyed, even if carrey and jones were totally dumb. but Returns takes the cake, no question.

Well you can't blame DeVito of course...he just played the penguin as Burton wanted it...and he played it excellent in my opinion...He was a great penguin from Burton's poin of view of course...but he's a great actor.

Yeah he sure was.Thank god we have Nolan,a fans director.you just know if Penguin is in a sequel,Nolan will do his character justice and not make him look like some monster out of a horror movie.

returns was far better than forever, I agree that as far as the fighting, forever did batman more justice, but the movie was way overdone, and the villains didnt seem threatning at all, and also I never liked robin.

Nor did I but... the Penguin... WAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

I don't think Catwoman could really pull of a movie by herself. She's too almost-good to seem like a true villian. I think BR caught a pretty good aspect of how it should be between Batman and Catwoman. If only Penguin and Micheal Keaton hadn't soiled the experience for me, I could probaly appreciate the movie a lot more.

Catwoaman can't carry a movie because...
