Last I heard, Wii component cables have been pushed back to January. Some factory or shipping issue.

Is Rayman worth the money you paid? I've been thinking about getting it... is it all minigames?

As for the rest... PLAY ZELDA!!! 😛

Basically but the minigames are fun and you will want to play them over and over and over again.

Twilight Princess, the last Gamecube game. Then the Gamecube would finally be placed to rest for the Nintendo Wii to take the mantle. Both a sad and happy day.

this game is AWESOME!!
using animals like hawks an such...bloody ingenious..

I'm Rather happy about it, the Wii is just awesome in all ways.

And I wouldn't say Twilight Princess is "the last Gamecube game" I'd say its the first Wii game.

I'm pretty sure Super Paper Mario's the last one.

No, Mario got moved to the Wii.

Not according to Gametrailers.

They may pull a TP and still release on GC, but it definatly coming out on the Wii.

Wii Sports is so addicting. I love tennis the most. I love the others as well though. I like bowling least of all.

tell me about it 😆 It is addicting..i love Tennis the most to!!! and on WiiPlay i love tabletennis...

I picked up my Wii a few days ago and i lovvvveee it. The Remote is so easy once you get the hang of it.

With the console i also got WiiSports (well everyone did lol) WillPlay, Two WiiRemotes+nunchuck and Zelda Twillight Princess.

Have any of you created your own Mii's yet? i only have done one of me..

and finally i would like to say Twillight Princess is just amazing, the graphics are soo good on my LCD even without the cables. I still need to catch a fish for the cat..ahh it's annoying i can never get a fish. O and the first time i saw that hawk i thought it was going to attack me lol.

ive made my imiidiate family on mii, so i can beat the crap outta my bro..😂
anyway im up to

Spoiler:
the 1st dungeon (not counting the escape from the castle)

Yes, Rayman is just a bunch of little games with a little storyline tied into it if you want to call it that.

But yes, I'd say it's very much so worth the money.

B/c this is the Zelda Thread, I'll make a Rayman Thread and say more about it there. 😉

Anata Wa Wakarimasu Ka.....

Well I'm at the point in the game where I just completed the first dungeon.

It was a game in itself. I didn't think it would ever end. That's not a bad thing of course. It was very enjoyable. I didn't use that

Spoiler:
chicken head thing that teleports you in and out of the cave though
I was under the impression that there was 2 pieces that went to it and that if I used it and left the cave I'd have no way of getting back in at the exact spot. I know I probably could though, but I didn't want to take the chance with only one piece and since i wasn't ready to leave I didn't see the point.

Has anybody else felt the need to take a break and use it? What did you do when you left the dungeon?

I actually find myself fishing here and there out of the blue for no reason just to do it.

I'm really enjoying this game. I think I'm 8 hours in so far.

Going into this game, I had no idea that the characters didn't speak....at least not english and that Link didn't speak at all. It's not a bad thing, just unexpected.

The Twilight is eerie but beautiful.

I wish I had my component cables though. I want to experience this world in the best way.

I like Midna as well. She's not as big a thing for me as I thought she would be though.

When first starting this game I thought that

Spoiler:
The Twilight world was a like an alternate world, I see differently now

So yeah....I'm enjoying this game a lot. Can't wait to see what's next.

Oh yeah....and with the way this game is going, I have no idea who people can be finishing it in 20 hours. That sounds next to impossible.

You really had to go from dungeon to dungeon to dungeon straight through without even taking a breath right? I still don't see how anyone could have done it.

Anyway. Yay me?

Ooccoo can be used whenever you like. The other part appears when you decide to warp out.

I have used that function, though, to stop when I'm deep in a dungeon so I don't have to walk back.

20 hours is a time period for people who have been playing Zelda all their lives, who know the series formulas and as a result know exactly what they have to do when they see a new puzzle. And who don't play the sidequests.

Oh, and the story is about to seriously ramp up for you. You've got some of the more memorable sequences coming up.

Now that's hardly fair, we should still be able to check the thread! 🙁

Ummm, people should use the spoiler tags. It's simply common courtesy.

If you would notice, IceJaw and kamikz, MadMel DID try to use a spoilers tag. It just got crapped up.

Maybe a mod could fix that?

As for Emma, saying that a cat, a fish, and a hawk exist within the game can hardly qualify as spoilers.

Didn't even notice the messed-up spoiler tag, fixed that.

People tend to get too bent out of shape over spoilers, I find, though. I wouldn't classify something as a spoiler unless it's actually plot-relevant. So much that people complain about being a spoiler is a single thing that taken out of context really means nothing at all.

w00t Sounds good. Can't wait.

It didn't take you 20 hours did it? 😒

About 35 to beat, and that file's now up to 50 with the sidequests and just plain running around I've been doing. Hyrule is pretty.

I'm 12 hours into my second file, after completing certain story events after the third dungeon.
