I'm not saying Ock cannnot win this I am saying that he cannot win the way that you are positing, especially in your stick figure drawings...this is not a a cut and dry encounter...this is a dangerous and complex fight for both opponents where either could end up dead, but woverine has more combat experience and a higher durability which I think are the ultimate deciding factors...as I have always said wolverine wins this one more than he loses , but only by a bit.

Lol, wolverine loses easier, because even if it is 61 mph or not, once he's grabbed and slammed, he's not going to be able to react fast enough to slash a tentacle nearby, by a distance yep, but otherwise no.
He's not deathstroke, and definitely not spiderman, he has to react first, at that speed, he's not doing it at point blank, after he's been dazed...

Nooo, we were answering a question about him getting grabbed.
Logan has to get in close to do any real damage.
Its not the speed of one, there are 4 tentacles, that move by his own thought, he cant dodge 4 at one time, and he can't slice them all off without getting grabbed.
I think you are explaining, and I sure have, and wanderer and Darkcrawler, and LOD, but many in here just come in complain.

You people know that Marvel doesn't write those books. One or two guys who work for Marvel write it. There isn't such a person whose name is "Marvel". Just some guy that does some research. And apparently the guy is wrong, since Spider-Man has super-human reflexes, is superhumanly fast, and has pregoc, and still Ock can manage to hit him with ease. Should I just ignore the 42 years Ock has been in comics because some guy, who is not even creator of Ock, OR a comic book wiriter, has written something in handbook? No, I am not going ignore them. actually sorry to burst your bubble but the writers have to go through a main board of editors, to get the final say on allowing this or that to happen, so in reality "marvel" does have the final say.... I asked my teacher who just happens to be an inker for marvel comics (among others) and he said they tried to get deadpool to beat up on some dude (can't remember the name) and when they went to the higher ups to get it confirmed as okay...it was a negative..so they had to replace the character in the book with someone else...
