Old. Ock. Not. The. New. Ock. Who. Absolutely. Kicked. Spider-man's. Ass.

And Spider-Man didn't have his new powers yet in that fight. Unless you can tell me about a fight where Wolverine defeats Spider-Man in few pages, Ock is better. And all those speed feats you have posted...do you really think that Ock's tentacles aren't capable of moving with those speeds? Have I told you that the harness Doc Ock wears also increases his speed and strength? He was able to grab two tentacles (From other tentacled guy that had copied his) and hold them away with his own hands. I can post the pic if you want. He has also knocked out Spider-Man by hitting him with chair.

And Wolverine does those kinds of feats maybe one times out of 50 comics. Ock does his feats in every issue he is in.

I asked my teacher who just happens to be an inker for marvel comics (among others) and he said they tried to get deadpool to beat up on some dude (can't remember the name) and when they went to the higher ups to get it confirmed as okay...it was a negative..so they had to replace the character in the book with someone else...
