Mmmm. It's hard to say. It's hinted at in The Books of Magic, that he is the Jack of Dreams, Fools, and Trades, a unique entity near the actual death of the universe, along with the Heirophant, the Leige and his Lady, the Lovers.. etc.. Embodiments and Collections of all the souls that have coaleced near the End. Timothy Hunter keeps insisting that he is John Constantine.
I agree, now im actually gonna be SERIOUS so hear me out,
Strange is the worlds trickiest mortal, but Batman is the world smartes mortal at what he does, he knows strange and knows about his shady character, he is too smart to be talked down or killed, if he has prep he could kill galactus and thanos at the same time.(i have an idea on how, but dont make me write it please just take my word)
im going with Constantine. I bet he can think of a way to beat bats with a little magic and trickery. Ive read all about constantine and also read one of his comics. he aint a easy guy to take down and from what Ive read and studied hes also fearless. I mean Constantine has been in hell and back, fought demons, seen things people havent seen and hes seen the devil himself(I think so).

On-topic, it depends on the type of battle. If they just meet on the street, and Batman decides to incapacitate him, for whatever reason that pops into his addled brain, the little gray cells of both of these people won't matter, no matter how vast in quantity they are. In this case, with only three minutes of prep, not much will get done. For Batman, most likely literally nothing will have been accomplished, as, with the limited amount of time given him in this situation, there's not much he can do. Constantine, however, is a mage, and no matter how low on the ladder he is compared to some of his fellow mystics, such as Strange, he might be able to, so to speak, pull one out of his hat, as such a short amount of time seems ideal for a sorcerer of John's abilities to prepare, enough time to ready something, but not enough time for the other side to nullify whatever you have ready. In this case, I say the chain-smoking Englishman wins this. Also, in a fight between Dr. Stephen Strange and Batman, Strange could likely just kick his ass with his martial arts.
