Those generators harmed him but that was LONG ago, since then his resistance to fire has grown multiple times, he was manytimes standing inside of burning buildings and sometimes attacked with flamethrowers with no effect, and now, after upgrade his resistance has grown even more, so i doubt hadouken would have any effect on him,
and Ryu kicked Bison's ass by his own. So i still say 6-7/10.

Ryu isn't quite on Bison's level. He is top tier. Street Fighter characters simply generate too much power, unless you are using extremely low showings. Bison is also a telekinetic as well.
