I never seen SS fight very fast (travel yes). Never! He always manages to get hit by physical blows. As far as the KO, only a non holding back Superman could KO him in 1 hit (2hits tops). I base this on Thor doing it. And IMO I think a non holding back Superman has more knock out power than Thor. Just my opinion though.

Now if SS never shown this weakness and has been shown often to fight at super speed then I would easily give him 10/10.

I would argue that plenty of SS getting hit by slower things could be a plot devices. So at the best of abilities you would say Supes does it easy then?

I wouldn't say easy.
Its hard to say. Many comics suck. And writers are to blame.
Once you see a character get hit and hurt so many times you stop believing that what you are seeing is all lies. You start to think that it is the truth. I mean I've read alot of SS comics (I even own several). I used to even like him alot. But with all the dissapointment, I'm almost convinced that he is not that fast in fighting. I mean I used to think spiderman shouldn't be able to get hit by slower moving enemies. I even argued my ass off with some of the best here (Darkcrawer, etc.) that spiderman shouldn't get hit due to his spidersense alone. But after so many hits I see him taking, I'm starting to give up and think "Maybe he's not as I thought" or maybe that damn spidersense is a lie. Its hard to argue for someone when they are constantly showing more the opposite. This makes us seem to even lie to ourselves. Even when we constantly see the same stuff over and over.

So, I don't know. I just go by what I see in comics. And I see (and feel) that Superman can KO SS (if he isn't holding back).

Let me explain a bit.

First off, I was kidding about Doc Strange.

Second, Bill was able to KO Surfer with two punches during Blood and Thunder. Not to mention that Thor's beaten Surfer as well, so it's not outside mentioning that he'd beat Surfer at least five out of ten time.

He's beaten Thor before, and in just about any fight they're going to come out even. The reason I give Bill the nod is because his fighting style would give him an edge whilst Thor is blabbing on.

Superman he takes a slim majority, but it's close. I think he'd give Superman a better fight than Thor would. 😬

I feel that Supes could ko SS, but not with super ease, it would take more than a shot or two IMO. Because Surfers best feats are up there, but his known abilities are just made to counter Supes, who is a living Solar battery. Surfer out of character would definitely win, as he could just absorb the sun.

Any sort of physical attack, regardless of how skilled, will just pass through his mush, and KK is most likely to get tangled up inside of him the same way Shang Chi does here:

Chi may have been drugged, but being more controlled would have made him no more able to hurt man-thing.

I somewhat see what you mean. It was just that KK was a walking plot device, it seemed like he had a way for everything...
