Before I start, Im gonna say that I factor in Wolverine's healing factor into the match, but you wont have to kill Wolverine for him to lose. Example, Spiderman cant really do anything to kill Wolverine outright, with his healing factor, however I think Spiderman can outfight him, therefore he wins.

Xavier - An interesting note, once when Xmen took on the brood, the brood got ahold of Xavier, and Wolverine was the one that took him down. Xavier brood was reading everyones thoughts and out fighting them, but Wolverine leap at him to attack, and at the last instant changed his plan of attack, and Xavier couldnt zig fast enough when he suppose to zag. But that was along time ago, and Xavier can do alot more stuff now, so Xavier easily
