In all honesty people give Batman waaaaaaaay too much credit. If all he's allowed is raw resources with his million dollars, then I don't know what he could really do in a day. He isn't Reed Richards. He isn't Doom. He isn't Forge. I doubt he could innovate anything original, useful or powerful enough to beat anyone he didn't defeat in the original round.
For some reason the myth being perpetuated is that he is equivalent to or better than all of the following combined:
Reed Richards in physics and electrical engineering (among other fields)
Doctor Doom in robotics and mechatronics (among other fields)
Forge in general innovation
Beast in biochemistry, engineering and genetics
Dr Curt Conners in gene therapy and biochemistry (and herpetology)
Doc Ock in nuclear physics
Prof. Xavier in psychology, genetics and biophysics
Sinister in genetics and medicine
Henry Pym in biochemistry, physics and engineering
Ultimate Sue Storm in human anatomy, physiology and pharmacology
Imo he is equivalent to none of these people in any of their fields, let alone combined, and likely has little or no knowledge in some/most of their fields of science. But anyone's welcome to regale me with evidence of the contrary. 😄
