Heh...Im 114 lbs. During school I was around 123-124, over the summer all Ive done is sit at the computer chair and I went down to 114 lbs. ✅

My uncle lost 80 pounds in less than 2 months by eating no bread, no pork, only chicken meat, salads, etc. Of course, he then gained like 100 poundsin the next few months ❌ .........talk to a nutritionist 👆

Hey, I recommended the work-out machine!

loads of people try to peddle loads of useless information and tricks and tips to dieting and none of them work except counting the calories

an average sized female will use 2000 calories a day without exercise

if you take in 500 calories per day less than you use up then you will lose about 1 lbs per week

1000 calories less per day will be 2 lbs per week

running will burn up about 200 calories in 15 minutes....

if you can limit your intake to 1500 calories and burn up 500 calories a day running then you will hit your target in 15 weeks

also try to limit your fat intake to between 10 and 15 grams per day
