Darth Maul vs. Qui-Gon & Aayla Secura

I can't say that Aayla would fare better than even padawan Obi-Wan. UNless she does some sick crap in the comics, we have nothing to base her skill on. She gets -shot in the back- by a couple of stormtroopers, so she can't be that bright.

The thing about clone troopers. I know you didn't say it, but a lot of noobs come in and go "Oh this person (usually Plo or Ki Adi) sucks because they were killed by clone troopers." I mean any jeedai or sith would have been killed under those circumstances, it doesn't say how good of a jeedai they were, I mean don't get me wrong, Plo sucks, and Ki Adi's not mcuh better, but not because they were killed by clone troopers.

Well, let me put forward this reasoning: she DIDN'T see it coming. I mean, at least Ki-Adi-Mundi, for all his suckiness, was able to put up a defense. She was oblivious until she was shot. That right there is poor connection to the Force.

The stormtroopers had an advantage. She was distracted by a bird.

I don't think Plo sucks. He had advanced force powers. He was one of the few Jedi that could use Force Lightning. He could freeze water into bridges. And he could increase the heat in the area around him.

Then she was easily amused. Yoda was "distracted" and still sliced off some clonetrooper head.

He didn't use Force lightning, his race channels electricity in small doses via his fingertips.

No, it was force lightning. And Yoda sensed that the trooper was about to shoot him. Aayla's clone troopers shot her right when she looked away.

No, it -wasn't- Force lightning, because Jedi don't use such powers.

And considering Aayla Secura was leading troops in a battleground and failed to respond when they all drew weapons on her and fired, she SUCKS.

Yeah, but unless that's gonna blind Darth Maul (Who strikes me as being a eunuch anyways) it won't help this battle.
