Not to sure I agree with that, Shin Mr.Karate was in some ways even deadlier than Shin Akuma... All but one of his supers had invincible startups, one was unblockable, one had maddening combo ability, None of his supers cost any super stocks, and his super fireballs literally ploughed through almost every other projectile in the game...
Plus he had one of the easiest to hit with, and deadliest exeeds in the game.
