I estmate Seph at around Akuma's normal level. Either Shin or the Full Potential Ryu could take him for a majority.

Sin's big, slow, stupid, and actually not to hard to kill if you can see his weak spots. Or just come up with about the same amount of power as the Final Aeon. Dante with the Sparda Devil Trigger (for the power part) fits either. (precision or power)
Jango's just boned... Any of the team takes him. Mostly for his sub-par speed by these standards, as well as his easy fryability.
Penance is... who again? Unless you're using one of the godly creature amalgamations, none of the FFX guys are gonna do much. (I actually considered Nemesis meself, but he doesn't actually have any feats other than being b!tchingly hard)
