It really isn't important to me. I'm only making this an issue for one of you guys started the silly debate and I'm trying not to lose but to move on, let's just call this a tie. Even if Rangiku liked Gin (and although they're close, I wouldn't say their relationship is necessarily romantic), that doesn't mean she wouldn't have other relationships too.

His 'perfect captain' persona isn't much of a womanizer (And if asked, he could stare wistfully into the distance and comment on waiting for the right one, or say his duties keep him too busy to look for love), and his real self seems to acknowledge, like, 3 people as actual beings and they're all guys.

So you're under the implication that Aizen is a homo? It's not that I don't want to disagree with ya but eversince Aizen obtained the Hogyoku, he was able to turn Hollows into Arrancars but from what I can guess, he can edit them so wouldn't that mean he purposely gave Harribel those F-Cups?

Nah, I think he's asexual. The three people he considers as people, Urahara, Gin, and Ichigo, are as a curiosity/rival, assistant, and a whatever he has planned for Ichigo respectively. It's possible there could be sexual interest but he really hasn't shown it.
What arrancar look like was indicated to be somewhat random according to an anime omake, and most of the time the final form is pretty strongly based on the original. Wonderweiss was tweeked, but only in giving a specific power. I doubt he decided Harribel's figure.
IDK if Aizen has a sexuality, but I doubt he ever had a relationship. If he had sex it was probably more like ordering an arrancar (and given their personalities most would be honored to do it). I always wondered about Loly/Menoly because they weren't anyone's fraccion or soldiers but seemingly just servants Aizen kept with him that were clearly attracted to him.
That is a possibility although it could just be that the reason why those two Arrancars are so fond of Aizen is because he treats them like civilized folk while soul reapers do nothing but attempt to kill them on sight and think they're nothing but monsters. That would seem like the most logical sense.
That's kind of confusing since most hollows look down on Shinigami and hate it when they're more powerful than them. Wonder what made Loly/Melony make an exception for Aizen. I also wonder how they are able to tell Ichigo is a human apart from the other shinigami.
There was a chance Aizen could've did something while he was still in training for the Gotei; although this is unlikely as well.
All arrancar look up to Aizen, every Espada usually at one point or another gave a speech that made them seem like religious fanatics totally devoted to Aizen. Look at how Szayel reacted when he thought Aizen was upset with him for ordering out the Exequias. Loly and Menoly on the other hand look like they also hold Aizen to a different kind of esteem...

Pretty much. I doubt he's interested in sexual relations with anyone, seeing as he considers himself above everyone at this point.
If he's had sex before, it's likely during his career as a Lieutenant/Captain, or at some point when he was the leader at Hueco Mundo.

Similarly, Hisagi and Izuru are quite attractive males of similar age range and situation who are fairly social. Is it possible they're virgins? Yes, but I doubt it for similar reasons.
Of the vice-captains, the only two I'd bet are virgins are Yachiru and Nemu (and of the captains, just Toshiro). Everyone else has had plenty of means, motive, and opportunity. Heck, it wouldn't surprise me if Rangiku dated Hisagi or Izuru for awhile at some point.
