I wouldn't say for sure she's not a virgin anyway, she may have had boyfriends before Andy that didn't work out, but the odds of her not having sex until she reaches 30 are minimal, she has interest in a guy and guys in general, is willing to date, yadda yadda. The odds of her currently being a virgin are a lot higher than Rangiku, but it is clearly something she has interest in.

Like Boa it's also a quite different situation from Rangiku and doesn't really apply to her.

There's something here I don't think you seem to realize: Most people have sex/will have sex if given the opportunity over time and people they find attractive. We aren't talking monks here, the Gotei 13 might as well be a college campus for all the attractive members of both sexes around.
