I hope you realize that you're talking about fictional people and not real people here. In the world of fiction, anything is a possibility including a lot of attractive people being virgins. If you actually jumped into the series and questioned the characters or you're actually Tite Kubo, I'll accept defeat and shut up but since you're throwing logic from reality into the world of fiction, I'm not buying what you're selling and will treat you like the everyday hobo who shouts "the world will end soon" (in other words, I'm ignoring you boy).

Chizuru is an odd character. Not because she's gay but she acts so...foolish and I can't help but feel that there's gonna be a major plot twist where she winds up with Tatsuki. Chizuru doesn't seem like the barbaric type and wouldn't hurt Orihime but Tatsuki keeps showing up to kick her ass right before Chizuru makes a move on the cute red head. Jealousy perhaps or is Tatsuki thinking that girl will go as far to rape Orihime? The plot thickens...
Although now that I think about it, Chizuru did act a little twisted when she fought (or sexually harassed) that female arrancar although it's possible she wasn't in full control of herself. Uryu did say the suit she was wearing was amping her lust power so I think Chizuru is not entirely at fault here for what she did to that poor arrancar.
I got the impression that the suit was merely amping her physical power in response to her lust....

Nah, I don't think Tatsuki's worried about that, I think Tatsuki's worried about her taking advantage of Orihime and smooth-talking her into something she'll regret.

Oh yea, I think Mizuiro might not be a virgin either, Keigo's jealous of his success with women, Ichigo warned Rukia he was 'smooth,' and it's mainly Keigo who overreacts to Ichigo hanging with Rukia.
So out of a group of 8 students of Ichigo's age, 6 are virgins as far as we know, and two quite-possibly-nots. So, fairly normal spread.
