Okay so I actually read the whole chapter. FFS, who actually cares about any of this shit? He goes from fantasizing about getting fisted, to trying to make money, to bullshitting with Inoue about nothing.

And Blax, valid points. Yet oddly enough, it is still the best chapter of Bleach in a while. Which says a great deal. 😐

this chapter seemed kinda pointless other than showing us Orihime and Ishida again, who haven't changed much since Aizen was beaten. so far this new arc is turning out to be pretty damn bad. hope Kubo does something about that soon.

when this manga was all constant fights everyone here said "its all battle after battle cluster****."

Now Kubo is trying to do something different and everyone is chopping their dicks off over it.

That's because we want good battles.

Or alternatively, good non-battles.

This is, I think, better than the endless grind of disappointed expectations before (last good fight IMO? Barragan), but it also doesn't have the fun of the pre-Soul Society stuff yet.

Also, Ichigo is some sort of minor delinquent now? Well, I guess he was, before. He used to beat the sh*t out of people with Chad since middle school...so I guess he's just one step higher than he was before.

And, yeah, I think those dreams of his are Ichigo slowly getting his powers back. Me thinks that his dad went through the same thing and it took...what?...16 years for him to get his powers back?

The author is setting it up, good writing periodically shifts between climax and dip.

However, thing is we've had our dip for 1-2 weeks in wait so we constantly expect action. But for the ones buying the manga this is a rather good set up as opposed to action, action, action.

the thing is, the "action" was so anticlimactic that i just want to see a really good fight with good sense, like what they used to be

I read this chapter for the sole fact of seeing the hot(er) Tatsuki and I kind of regret it now. So after everything that's happened Ichigo still isn't getting any? He even turned down Tatsuki's hidden come-on.

As for Bleach not having any action: Butterfly Hollow! that is all.
