The Official BLEACH series Thread

huh, not much happened in this new chapter. I'm a bit disappointed seeing as that I was expecting a quick fight or something with that guy.

Well, something did happen: the argument between Inue and the new Aize...I mean Tsukishima was confusing. They resolved it with Inoue thinking she got slashed.

Clearly his sword has some kind of mind-control thing. Notice how he stabbed her in the heart.

The story will progress as: She starts to think of Aizen 2.0 as a friend again, Kisuke 2.0 tells Ichigo about the guys ability, cut to Orihime 'falling in love' with the dude, dramatic sequence where Ichigo rushes to save her, 'agonising' scene where he was Just. Too. Late! Cut to Orihime meeting up with LameAizen, evil monologue, Ichigo lamenting his weakness and having a heartfelt peptalk with whoevers in the room at the time wherein he starts to believe in himself again, Ichigo mounts a rescue, Bluh Bluh Shonen battles, tearful re-uninion, Orhime shakes off the mind control by dramatically confessing to Ichigo, Ichigo puts it in, Ichigo beats EvenGayererAizen and learns the true meaning of christmas.

Also, I suspect we will have cameos of and introductions to loads of characters which will only piss us off and cause us to lament that we're stuck with Captain Bland as a protagonist rather than the actual cool characters.

CALLING IT!

I think you may be right, but I'm not too sure about how things are gonna go down exactly now given that there's something up with Urahara and Isshin. and at the end of the chapter, it said that Ichigo's fullbring is going to transform or something so that could possibly change things up a bit.

Ichigo puts it in,

😆 😆

Golden.

I was wondering if anyone would notice that. 😆

If he doesn't....I will. angry

well they're making progress with Ichigo's training a bit and it seems that Tsukishima will be getting more involved in the plot very soon. just hope nothing blatantly repetitive happens.

It also seems like that new villain nulled Inoue's powers or something like that. He said he already took care of her. Maybe his powers are making her a subordinate. She claims that she was actually stabbed and healed right back up.

Al in all...I don't really like the way this is going, at the moment. It is really boring and taking forever to get any sort of a plot progress to occur.

Got to agree with you there. I wish some plot would actually develop rather than Kishi completely redesigning the protagonists fighting style and power-set 450 chapter into the manga!

You know...that might be why this is a bit irritating. Thinking about it, I think I'm irritated with how slow it's going because Ichigo should just be tearing shit up. He was so far ahead of all of his companions, it was ridiculous...and that was before the ultimate form. Kubo is drawing it out (no pun intended) to fluff up his current story. He's just making money, now.

When this first started, his writing was great. I really enjoyed it. I recently went back and read the first 30 chapters and it was fun, again. The plot progressed nicely and it was just entertaining to see how the plot was progressing and the "mystical" aspects of the Shinigami world.

He seems to have lost that magical mystical story telling ability. Well, he didn't lose it, he's purposefully avoiding it to milk his cow for everything it is worth.

How dare you confuse the two...

Kishi is actually delivering fans stuff that they want to see. 😛

I really don't like the approach the author is taking with this new antagonist. As a villain, Aizen was great. The only thing I didn't like about him was his planing. A plotting-oriented villain should be more dynamic in his thinking. A good strategist is not someone who holds all the cards and play them according to his initial strategy. A good strategist--according to me--is someone who with limited information and knowledge can construct a plan and through interference with the subjects lead them back on the path of said plan. Other than that Aizen was one of the scarier villains out there because of his unpredictability and impact on the series. This new antagonist recently got his face covered in his minion's snort.

I'm just the opposite. I think someone who has been planning something, who has a genius intellect, for over 110 years, should have better damn well planned for just about all variables.

He did pretty much plan for all variables. The only variable he did not account for was Gin, or rather, Gin's power.
Ichigo gaining such power without the Hogyoku was something he likely thought impossible.

well it seems that Ichigo is starting to plan things out more than he did before. have to admit, the boots' ability of getting stronger when dirty is interesting.

the ending thoug, makes me wonder just what is going on now. Ichigo has progressed pretty far in a short time with his fullbring. maybe Kubo is trying to speed up the manga now.

What was the last panel?

Decent chapter. Better than Bleach usually delivers.

Someone from the Shinigami world is screaming at Ichigo.

It may be Rukia or Renji. Not sure.

Bleach was meh. Interesting to see that Ichigo's Fullbring has evolved to the point where his Shinigami clothes are formed from the...energy?
