It's only weakness I'm aware of is that if the giant gets injured so does the user but that doesn't make me lose interest in it one bit.
That Zanpakuto that makes waves? That one is kinda cool.
The tornado one? That thing is sort of lame IMO. Seems to be only good at removing fodder.

Which is why he chose to attack Aizen after the transformation. Pre-Transformation Aizen was borderline-psychic, as he was capable of predicting anything and coming up with a counter in advance, in addition to being incredibly cautious.
All that was thrown out the window the second he transformed, as he became overconfident due to his power, which Gin obviously noticed.
The ass-pull was the Hogyoku staying with Aizen and reviving him, even after Gin had taken it away.

Hyourinmaru is a pretty kewl Zanpakuto too IMO. Pity it is in the hands of someone I think is a douchebag.
Favourite Arrancar Zanpakuto is Los Lobos.
