I don't think it's bad to be a female character. It is hardly offensive to say someone has the personality traits of a female character written by a male-audience-targeting-author. Tia could be a man with all of her traits. Hell, she's even protective of her "harem of hotties" like an Arabian Knight.

It was probably the only version of Ichigo that was very well written. He wasn't boastful but knew exactly what he was doing and he had oodles of power.
Ichigo from the early arcs up to the end of Soul Society was very well written. And while I think onward it could have been handled better, the fact that the Inner Hollow was causing him problems and he had to deal with it was a nice element to the category.
Final Getsuga Tensho Ichigo was the most badass, considering he is apparently the strongest(2nd if you believe Aizen lost on purpose) character introduced so far. If one were to consider Yamamoto stronger, Ichigo would still be in the top 3.
