Yeah...Kubo is rushing for some reason. First Ginjo goes down so fast I barely caught it and now we're skipping Tsukishima's flashbacks.Man, I remember when Bleach was able to tell a coherent story. It was so much better back then.
Yeah at first, I thought I skipped a chapter and went back but it was the same one I read two weeks ago. I was so confused but then I realized the flashbacks and Ginjo's death were never shown. Why did Kubo do that? I know he's lazy but come on.
Indeed.

Or just really stupid or unaware of his actions but then that would just lead back to them being stupid wouldn't it? He was in prison before and you'd think Soul Society would have someone monitor him 24/7 but no, let the clown-looking mad scientist conduct whatever inhumane experiments he wants and treat his staff like playthings in the most inappropriate ways possible.
I'm thinking about watching Bleach. I previously only glanced at it but since I'm hearing from many people saying that it's basically a spiritual successor to Yu Yu Hakusho, I'll give it a try.
Also, I came across this:

Not sure if that was intentional but I always got this urge to compare similar series.
Having never watched Yu Yu Hakusho, I dunno if it is a spiritual successor. I've heard it called that along with "rip off" but in all fairness I can't say for sure having never watched it.
But, I would recommend Bleach. Specifically up until the Soul Society ends. After that....eh. The action is good but...that's about it.
Both series are pretty good. I would say that Bleach has more yawn moments though, and could do away with the Maison Ikkouku feel at times, but I would recommend either of the series for those that enjoy the spiritual Fighter theme. I have the entire Yu Yu Hakasho series and it is very entertaining.

I've watched the first few episodes and I admit, there are a few similarities already but I'll keep watching to see how much I'll like it.

Yeah, I have the Yu Yu Hakusho series too so that's why I want to see something that's kind of similar to it. The tough part is watching it without thinking about Yu Yu Hakusho.
